Join us for a peaceful and inspirational yoga experience. Lina will guide you through a series of mindful movements that will relax and uplift your spirit.  Lina is able to adapt this yoga program to any level. No yoga experience is needed to join. This program is the beginning of a series that we would like to introduce to everyone.You cannot gain wisdom without knowledge, which is why as part of this introductory class you will receive a CBD informational session with our partners at BestBuds. This series was developed to focus on the importance of the mind and body, both in and out of the classroom.
This is a virtual zoom class. Once you book this class, we will send a link to join the program. We will also reach out to you directly to review the available CBD products, which will be mailed to you directly. Amanda from BestBĂŒds will be able to anwer any questions you have about your product and will stay on after class to answer any questions about CBD. Lina will be able to answer any questions about CBD as part of your wellness regimen.
